When Karice wrote her first novel over twelve years ago, her only goal was to brighten someone's day. She had no idea if anyone would read it or if it would see the light of day. Little did she know that her book would go on to become a Nook, iBooks, and Amazon bestseller. It turned out that her wish had been granted, and her writing career launched! Since then, her family has grown, they've moved a couple of times, and she still makes it her goal to brighten someone's day whenever she sits down to write a story. She mainly writes women's fiction, small-town romance, and a little romantic suspense now and again. She has over sixty novels available, so there's something for most everyone.

In between chasing after her little one, baking, gardening, attempting to clean, and enjoying a bit of reality television here and there, she absolutely hopes to write stories that touch readers, make them laugh a little, and give them an escape from reality.

She loves writing about friendships, small towns, sisters, secrets, and men that are keepers! It might have something to do with marrying her high school sweetheart. Sometimes the stories are set off the coast of Washington, where she grew up and started her family, or in a small mid-west village with meddling neighbors and nosy book clubs where she's always spent a good amount of time. She just never knows where the characters will take her.

But most importantly, she loves her family and can't believe her dreams have come true.
